I will first analyze the last event. Upasana and spiritual progress should be

seen from D-20 as per Parasara. Using solar months, we get annual TP chart on

2002 Nov 28 at 1:38 pm. In D-20, Rahu is 7th lord in 2nd and his dasa gave the

event.

Using soli-lunar months, we get annual TP chart 2002 Dec 27 at 10:16 pm. Jupiter

dasa Mars antardasa was running as per annual TA dasa. Taking exalted Guru

karaka Jupiter as lagna in D-20, 9th lord Jupiter is exalted in 1st and joins

5th and 10th lord Mars. There is a powerful raja yoga in Guru lagna.

Jupiter-Mars antardasa gave the event. Moreover, Sun, Moon and nodes on lagna

axis suggest powerful mystical experiences.

BTW, I shared research on stationary planets earlier

(http://www.VedicAstrologer.org/articles/stat_transit.pdf). When a planet

becomes stationary, the points it aspects in various natal divisional charts get

activated by it and important events in life can be given.

Mars was at 16Aq20 on the day of the event and became perfectly stationary on

July 29 (next day). He had a close aspect on Mercury at 19 deg Leo in natal

D-20. Mars is the 9th lord in natal D-20 and Mercury is the 12th lord from AK in

natal D-20! So close aspect of transit Mars on natal D-20 Mercury is of

significance for meeting guru and having liberating experiences.

Let me take the loss of job. Using solar months, we get TP on 2000 Nov 19 at

1:18 pm. Annual TA dasa of Mercury gave job loss. In D-10, Mercury is lagna lord

in 9th with 9th lord Saturn. Why job problem?

Using soli-lunar months, we get TP on 2000 Dec 18 at 11:06 pm. Annual TA dasa of

Mars gave the problem. Mars is the badhaka lord in D-10. As per my reckoning, he

is in the 10th house. Badhaka lord in 10th can give a job loss. From Moon, he is

the 3rd and 8th lord in 3rd house.

Let me take the scholarship. Using soli-lunar months, event was given in

Saturn's annual TA dasa. Saturn is the 6th lord exalted in 3rd with 3rd lord in

moolatrikona, in D-24. That VRY shows competitive success.

Repeated from the other email:

For annual birthday, we should match the month and day with the month and day of

birth every year. The question is what month to use.

Month is a division of year. Each year should start when a specific month starts

and end when a specific month ends. Day is a division of month. Each month

should start when a specific day starts and end when a specific day ends.

If we use solar months as the months and tithis as the days, a month may begin

in the MIDDLE of ANY tithi (day) and it may end in the MIDDLE of ANY tithi

(day). There is a mixup.

If we use soli-lunar months as the months and tithis as the days, then each

month starts when a particular tithi starts and ends when a particular tithi

ends. Months and days are lined up. This is a far more consistent methodology.

Best regards,

Narasimha

Narasimha ji

Thank you for the detailed analysis using Partha's data . It definetly helps

novices learn the TP properly. I have been wanting to ask this doubt on Badhaka

Lord and Badhakesh perspective used by Rishi Parashara. Please forgive me if any

silly mistakes in intrepretation , just trying to learn thats all .

1.Would you go by the definition as given by modern intrepreters of Badhaka Lord

and Badhakesh given in the BPHS.

If so has not the Rishi used the Concept of Badhaka only with respect to rasi

based dashas like Chara dasha and not nakshatra based system like Vimsottari.

In partha's case of job loss you wrote

Let me take the loss of job. Using solar months, we get TP on 2000 Nov 19 at

1:18 pm. Annual TA dasa of Mercury gave job loss. In D-10, Mercury is lagna lord

in 9th with 9th lord Saturn. Why job problem?

" Using soli-lunar months, we get TP on 2000 Dec 18 at 11:06 pm. Annual TA dasa

of

Mars gave the problem. Mars is the badhaka lord in D-10. As per my reckoning, he

is in the 10th house. Badhaka lord in 10th can give a job loss. From Moon, he is

the 3rd and 8th lord in 3rd house "

Using the Data he has given and 7.4 Jhora am getting Dasamsa with Gemini Lagna

....Using Parashara's definition should not Sagittarius be the Badhaka lord ? and

still can that be used in intrepretation other than chara dasa .

Am I missing anything..Please clarify if possible .
