There is some controversy with Vietnam Time Zone at that time. ACS Atlas

gives 7h East but both Astrodienst and French time zone specialist Henri Le

Corre give 8h East. Apparently South Vietnam followed North Vietnam until

sept 1st, 1945.

The birth time does not fit into parameters of Astrology , Tauras 29.19

degrees with birth time as 10.04.22 will suit the Character and Guru
