when my job and place are going to change?

I am Anand Singh born on 28th Feb 1967 at 4.00 to 4.05 at Lucknow.

My Ascendant is Sagitarious and moonsign libra. It is typical that

at the time of my birth both ascendant and moonsign were changing.

Only after five minutes the ascendant changes to capricorn. And

according to North Indian panchangam the moonsign is in Virgo .

 

So, I always remain confused regarding my ascendant and moon sign.

And now I posit a question before learned scholars to help me please

to know certain aspects urgent upon me.

 

I am presently working as Dy Director in Open university since 13 th

June 2006. Earlier I was working as professor in a Govt Institute

from where I was sent to the university on deputation for one year.

and after that it was extended by the Govt for another 2 yrs. It

means I have to remain here till 12 June 2009.

 

Meanwhile due to political and local interference the govt has

withdrawn the deputation and transfered me in the month of Aug 2008.

The place where I have been transfered is a far of place where I

dont want to go because I have settled down with my wife and

children studying.

 

The vicechancellor of this university is very considerate and a good

friend of mine.He did not relieve me to join at the unwanted place.

But the govt is against him. he is going to end his term on 18 feb

2009.He is likely to be appointed again for a second chance.

 

I have been reading astrology too much and working upon my horoscope

many times but I have failed to draw a suggestion. Kindly help me

to know when I am going to change my job? and whether I am going to

change the place too?
