Am reproducing the rule to fix the Natal Ascendant's or Moon's position with the help of RULING PLANETS,taken at the Time of Judgement....

Mr.Punneswara Rao avers as follows :

When a person in distress consults a K.P. Astrologer,and the RPs are determined at that time :

1) The Lagna Sign-lord and Star-lord will be the person's Moon's Sign-lord and Moon's Starlord...

2) And, the Moon Sign Lord and Star-lord will be the person's Lagna Sign-lord and the Lagna Star-lord...
