Also I posed a yes/no query just now of which I selected 163 as number. The sub lord of the number 163 is mars, and the " moon star lord " of the ruling planets is Mars at the casting time of 14:46:15. Does this mean a yes or does this translate to a no answer for my query? I request a confirmation from any experienced astrologers to point me in the right direction. Thanks, J.
