Pranam to all.

Dear Members.

I know all of you are waiting for the results of the second quiz.

It was a Hard Nut to Crack.

You have said "It is in the field of Medical Astrology. We are not keen on there"

With this excuse most of clever members stand still and look for the end.

Yes, it is taught. It is very unusual and rare incident. That is the main reason for making it as a quiz. And it is for the sake of increasing the knowledge, but not for a selection of the winner or leader or expert

Here is the Answer.

The baby was born with an IMPERFORATED ANUS, an Anorectal Malformation.

About the disease

Imperforated Anus without a fistula is an unusual malformation that occurs in very less occasions. The rectum is completely blind. It is reported that 600 new borns are affected with this disorder annually in USA.

According to the news on the subject, this is frequently associated with DOWN SYNDROM, also known as TRISOMY-21. It is the most common genetic pattern of malformation in man.

Baby at present

He has been discharged from the hospital after thorough investigations and is due to a surgery after six months.

Astrological aspects as per KP

Signs

Cancer governs Stomach and Digestive Organs

Virgo governs Bowels

Scorpio governs Anus

Planets

Mars governs Rectum

Houses

Sixth House governs Anus

Stars

Visakam 4th Pada governs Rectum and descending Colon

Anuradha governs Rectum

Jyeshta governs Colon and Anus

Affecting of 6th house

6th CSL in which star it is deposited, that star lord signifying 1 and 6 and that SL, if it is Venus, disease of the Rectum ( Astrosecrets & KP- Part 1)

But the disease is the EFFECT, but not the CAUSE. So my opinion in this particular case is to find out the Astrological reasons for the cause, the Down Syndrome.

I hope these topics may help to make corrections for those who failed.

Thanks a lot for all who participated in this Quiz.

And my congratulation to those who have success.

And I regret for the poor participation of our friends and hope grand gatherings in future quizzes.

Dear All members,

For better understanding the real cause and our analysis here i have

collected some information for the members :-

" Imperforate Anus " :-

Signs and Symptoms :-

Imperforate anus is a birth defect that occurs in about one of every

5,000 newborns. It is somewhat more common in boys than girls and may

include a single abnormality or a combination of abnormalities of the

rectum and anus. The rectum is the end of intestine that connects with

the anus and the anus is the body's opening to dispel solid waste.

Although there is no known cause for this condition, there are many

forms of this birth defect, including:

* The absence of an anal opening.

* An anal opening in the wrong position, usually a very small opening.

* An abnormal connection or opening, called a fistula, between the

rectum and the urethra, bladder or vagina.

* In girls, the rectum, urethra and vagina can join together to

form a single opening. This is called a cloaca and is very rare.

If the anus is missing, there is no outlet to release stool after

birth. The intestine ends in a blind pouch, so your infant's stool,

called meconium, remains in the intestine. This can cause vomiting and

an enlarged or swollen abdomen.

In some cases, the rectum may end high in the pelvis or it can end

low, closer to the correct position.

If there is a fistula or connection between the intestine and the

bladder, stool may be excreted with urine. If there is a fistula

between the intestine and the vagina, stool may pass out of the vagina.

" Treatment' :-

If the anus did not develop correctly, surgery will be performed to

create an opening, or new anus, to allow stool to pass. Treatment may

differ, depending on if the imperforate anus is high or low in the pelvis.

If the intestine ends high in the pelvis, treatment usually involves

three procedures:

*First a stoma, or opening of the intestine to the abdomen, is

made in a procedure called a colostomy. Newborns who have a stoma will

need a special stoma bag on the abdomen to collect stool.

*The second procedure, called anoplasty, involves pulling down the

rectum to the anus where a new anal opening is created. If a fistula

or abnormal connection to the bladder or vagina is present, that

connection will be closed.

*Several months later after the new anal opening has healed, a

third procedure will be performed to close the stoma.

If the intestine ends low in the pelvis, an anal opening often can be

made in a single operation. The rectum is pulled down to the anus and

a new anal opening created, using a minimally invasive technique

called laparoscopy. In these cases, a stoma is not required. If the

anal opening is in the wrong position, it will be closed and moved to

the correct location.

Following the operation, babies have very frequent bowel movements

that can cause severe diaper rash. A protective skin cream is used

immediately after surgery.

Babies can go home once they are drinking, having bowel movements,

feeling comfortable on pain medication and are free of fever.

Dear Dr Luther and learned members,In order to learn my lessons through this remarkable quiz, I was going through the readings by our learned members. I noticed that Dr Luther has given his analysis on an entirely different chart. The ascendant and the planetary positions are entirely different from what I obtained with Kundly online.

I was wondering if their is a misunderstanding on my part or some error somewhere. Most humbly I request Dr Luther to please clarify if I am reading something wrong. In fact I told this to Sunaparantha ji to clarify when I was casting the chart for myself.

Dear All members,For better understanding the real cause and our analysis here i havecollected some information for the members :-"Imperforate Anus" :- Signs and Symptoms :-Imperforate anus is a birth defect that occurs in about one of every5,000 newborns. It is somewhat more common in boys than girls and mayinclude a single abnormality or a combination of abnormalities of therectum and anus. The rectum is the end of intestine that connects withthe anus and the anus is the body's opening to dispel solid waste.Although there is no known cause for this condition, there are manyforms of this birth defect, including:* The absence of an anal opening.* An anal opening in the wrong position, usually a very small opening.* An abnormal connection or opening, called a fistula, between therectum and the urethra, bladder or vagina.* In girls, the rectum, urethra and vagina can

join together toform a single opening. This is called a cloaca and is very rare.If the anus is missing, there is no outlet to release stool afterbirth. The intestine ends in a blind pouch, so your infant's stool, called meconium, remains in the intestine. This can cause vomiting andan enlarged or swollen abdomen. In some cases, the rectum may end high in the pelvis or it can endlow, closer to the correct position. If there is a fistula or connection between the intestine and thebladder, stool may be excreted with urine. If there is a fistulabetween the intestine and the vagina, stool may pass out of the vagina."Treatment' :-If the anus did not develop correctly, surgery will be performed tocreate an opening, or new anus, to allow stool to pass. Treatment maydiffer, depending on if the imperforate anus is high or low in the pelvis. If the intestine ends high in the pelvis,

treatment usually involvesthree procedures:*First a stoma, or opening of the intestine to the abdomen, ismade in a procedure called a colostomy. Newborns who have a stoma willneed a special stoma bag on the abdomen to collect stool.*The second procedure, called anoplasty, involves pulling down therectum to the anus where a new anal opening is created. If a fistulaor abnormal connection to the bladder or vagina is present, thatconnection will be closed.*Several months later after the new anal opening has healed, athird procedure will be performed to close the stoma. If the intestine ends low in the pelvis, an anal opening often can bemade in a single operation. The rectum is pulled down to the anus anda new anal opening created, using a minimally invasive techniquecalled laparoscopy. In these cases, a stoma is not required. If theanal opening is in the wrong position, it will be closed

and moved tothe correct location.Following the operation, babies have very frequent bowel movementsthat can cause severe diaper rash. A protective skin cream is usedimmediately after surgery.Babies can go home once they are drinking, having bowel movements, feeling comfortable on pain medication and are free of fever.@gro ups.com, Neeraj Chowksey<chowkseyneeraj@ ...> wrote:>> Dear Luther Sir,> Dear Ajoyji ,> Congratulation, Hats Offfffffff to both of you.> Thanks & regards,> Neeraj> > --- On Thu, 1/15/09, Punit Pandey <punitp wrote:> > Punit Pandey <punitp> Test our Expertise - 02 Results> @gro ups.com> Thursday, January 15, 2009, 9:22 AM> > > > > > > forwarded, as due to some technical reason this message is still notshowing in the forum. > > > > ---------- Forwarded message ----------> Sunaparantha Kalyan <sunaparantha@ >> Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 12:12 PM> Test our Expertise - 02 Results> @gro up.com> Cc: Punit Panday <punitp (AT) gmail (DOT) com>> > > > > > > Pranam to all.> > Dear Members.> > I know all of you are waiting for

RegardsNeelam

For a picture of imperforated Anus see attachment

Wish you all the best.

Sunaparantha

Respected Dr Luther,Please pardon my ignorance. I am not getting Gemini lagna and nodes at 28.08 by any ayanamsha. Everyone else has also worked on cancer lagna.I am pasting here a part of your analysis. I shall be grateful if you can recheck the data taken to cast the chart.

The Ascendant is conjoined with Kethu a node. So Ascendant is afflicted. The Ascendant lord is afflicted by Rahu in VI. The Ascendant sub-lord is Saturn significator of II one of the Maraka sthanas. Saturn aspects cusp VI being lord of VIII and IX. Saturn is in the constellation of Moon that is lord of II. The II cusp is raptly conjoined with Mars (Retro) the lord of VI. Mars is also lord of XI for cure by surgery.

The VII (Badhaka) lord Jupiter is in VIII. Jupiter is again in the constellation of Mars lord of VI.

Even going by gross placements, the planets are not in the signs as taken by you, e.g:Nodes are not at 28.08 in Gemini Mars is in sagitarius and not cancer.Saturn is in Leo not Virgo.Jupiter is not in aquarius.

Moon is not in piscesI guess you've made the chart for 24.12.2009 instead of 2008. You may kindly confirm please. I am sorry for causing any inconvenience to you.

Dear Friend,

1. You're right that Dr. Luther Rath has used the different chart (Msg#22002) other than the chart given by Sunaparantha Kalyan as follows:

Birth detail of the BabyDOB - 24. 12. 2008TOB - 9.14 pm ( As given by the parents. Any rectification may be allowed.)POB - Ragama, Sri Lanka Long.79.55 - Lat. 07.01Time Zone - 5.5 hrs

(Note: Long.79.55 means 79 deg 55 min, not decimal value of degree.)

2. Ajoy S. Chomaal seems using the chart given by Sunaparantha Kalyan (Msg#21956).

3. The problem is not showing the chart details, together with Asc vaule and Ayanamsa value used as usually done in proper presentation of analysis and we don't know which chart one is talking about.

4. The chart given by Sunaparantha Kalyan is calculated by KPAstro 3.0 and uploaded in the File section under KPBC-2 CHART . JHora gives almost the same chart using the adjusted KPNA of 2003.

5. Another common practice of blind chart is giving the Asc value, Ayanamsa value together with the chart details. (If not mentioned, it's understood to be for Geographic Latitude.)

Dear Tw jee,

about Quiz no 2 chart.

I am using the software Parasar's Light 2000 I am getting planetary

degree as below :--

As 24:57:00 Can Ashlesha 3

Sun 09:13:21 Sag Moola 3

Moon 08:15:22 Sco Anuradha 2

Mars 04:01:18 Seg Moola 2

Mer. 25:00:29 Sag P.Shad. 4

Ju 03:15:35 Cap U.Shad. 3

Ve 25:06:32 Cap Dhanish. 1

Sa 27:43:48 Leo U.Phalg. 1

Ra 15;51:06 Cap Shravana. 2

Ket 15:51:06 can Pushya 4

As per you file of this chart ,Rahu/Ketu you are getting 17:27:33

degrees and i am getting 15:51:06, other are in same Nakshatra as you

have stated just these two are in different. It is lot of difference

where both are most slow moving Nods. What is the reason?

Where Ajoy have stated, the Ketu is in Sub of Mercury and i am getting

in star of Saturn and sub of Jupiter(SS is Ve),where Rahu is in star

of Moon and sub lord is Saturn(SS is Saturn).

I am using the Parasar's software and getting very god result as in

Traditional Astrology.

Thanks,

M.S.Bohra

Respected TW ji,

I thank you and appreciate your kind gesture. Sir, most humbly I wish to share my views on this exercise which may

be taken as a positive feedback from a learner.

I have recently joined the forum to learn the finer KP techniques. After having

gained a bit of experience in the basics of astrology, which remain the

foundation stones for KP also, I thought I could handle high precision KP

tools. When I was casting this chart to solve the quiz, I was foxed for quite while in making sure that I worked on the right chart with right sublords and

cusps. Different softwares and ayanamshas gave different degrees and I finally

settled for ‘My Kundli’ with KP Ayanamsha. If you see the different readings on

this quiz, this variation is obvious. Without being sure of data, how can we be

sure that we have got the right outcome of an appropriate technique? I have

designed models for several scientific studies at national and international

level, and I regret to say that this type of approach cannot lead us to

accurate inferences, if the idea is for serious learning and research.

As we all know, KP techniques need a precise focus through the lasers of

sublords and sub-sub lords, etc. Even a minor deviation or shift can mean a

different outcome if we are following sound scientific principles and not

depending on individual intuition. Reaching the right conclusion with a wrong set

of data, does not make sense. It has no replicability.

Also, a comparison of

readings on one particular event can lead to effective learning and

fruitful research only when data used is controlled. For all such exercises, participants must adhere to

one chart with a particular lagna degree with a particular ayanamsha. Then only

a comparable pattern would emerge from different readings and those who go

wrong can check where they went wrong. If all go wrong consistently, we may

raise our doubts and check other factors. Both ways it is good!

The group can adopt a uniform policy in this regard and everyone should follow

the same for participation. It would be a good idea to mention the lagna

degrees along with the question and upload the authentic chart (through the

software and calculations approved by the seniors). The results of such an

exercise would be comparable and diagnostics could be applied with ease and

confidence. If at a later stage, the study/examples needs to be compiled and

documented, the uniformity in data will be highly useful and greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards

Neelam

Pranam to all.

Dear Members.

I know all of you are waiting for the results of the second quiz.

It was a Hard Nut to Crack.

You have said "It is in the field of Medical Astrology. We are not keen on there"

With this excuse most of clever members stand still and look for the end. Yes, it is taught. It is very unusual and rare incident. That is the main reason for making it as a quiz. And it is for the sake of increasing the knowledge, but not for a selection of the winner or leader or expert Here is the Answer. The baby was born with an IMPERFORATED ANUS, an Anorectal Malformation. About the disease Imperforated Anus without a fistula is an unusual malformation that occurs in very less occasions. The rectum is completely blind. It is reported that 600 new borns are affected with this disorder annually in USA. According to the news on the subject, this is frequently associated with DOWN SYNDROM, also known as TRISOMY-21. It is the most common genetic pattern of malformation in man. Baby at present He has been discharged from the hospital after thorough investigations and is due to a surgery after six months. Astrological aspects as per KP Signs Cancer governs Stomach and Digestive Organs Virgo governs Bowels Scorpio governs Anus Planets Mars governs Rectum Houses Sixth House governs Anus Stars Visakam 4th Pada governs Rectum and descending Colon Anuradha governs Rectum Jyeshta governs Colon and Anus Affecting of 6th house 6th CSL in which star it is deposited, that star lord signifying 1 and 6 and that SL, if it is Venus, disease of the Rectum ( Astrosecrets & KP- Part 1) But the disease is the EFFECT, but not the CAUSE.

Wish you all the best. Sunaparantha

I do agree with Neelamji on all points. The data have to be uniform, the ayanamsa has to be as well. At he same time the dignitory who puts the question should sustify the occurence with the data beforehand, for himself, to be certain that the question is answerable.

Dr. Luther Rath.

Dear Members and Moderator,

I will suggest some suggestions for the next Quiz.

1.I am agree with Neelam jee that we must have some set formats as

Quiz announce in the forum the file of chart details should be given

in file section so every one get uniformly details of chart(some

information regarding software used and any correction have did should

be mention).

2.The analysis of every one should be kept at Moderator level up to

the final result. After the result all the analysis should be open to

the forum so nobody will try to copy others predictions and

interpretations.

3.Member should post his message in the forum for submitting the

his/her analysis to Moderator. So we can get the information of

participant.

After the result we can discussed with all analysis.By this pattern we

will proceed smoothly.

Thanks,

M.S.Bohra

Dear Dr. Luther,

When HE holds our

hand, how can the writing be wrong!

I also believe

strongly that more than the observations and analysis, it is the divinity which

sometimes guides us to correct reading and prediction. The divine light is indeed

supreme and we must accept this grace with all humility. I didn't mean to raise

any doubt on the reading given by you and it is quite obvious to everyone that the

error in feeding the data can only be unintentional. You deserve all the credit

and applause for your astounding reading, and I congratulate you again for this feat. Now we are even more confident as the answer is stamped by HIM.

I am sorry for raising

this controversy, but a healthy retrospection of an event allows us to take

note of our shortcomings which can be rectified to forge ahead in future. That

is why I took the liberty to share my observations with the group.

I apologize if I have

offended any esteemed member or overstepped the limits in the group.

With best regards to

allNeelam

Dear Friend,As shown below, the main reason for difference in Rahu/Ketu value is that you're using TRUE value and in KP MEAN value is used. (Mean Nodes vs True Nodes in "KPEzine, July 2008" at www.loger.com) Shri Raichur has said the rules are not wrong and astrologer is wrong. Here SWs are not wrong and astrologer can be wrong.Regards,twAstraura Chart using Lahiri Ayanamsa and TRUE NodesName : KPBC- 2Place : Ragama, Sri LankaDate : 24-December-2008 WednesdayTime : 21-14-0Longitude : 79-55-0 EastLatitude : 7-1-0 NorthZone : 5.5Ayanamsa : Lahiri 23° 59' 09"Time System: Universal TimeSid.Time : 3° 17' 50"Latitude : Geographic LatitudeCusp System: PlacidusPositions of Planets and Cusps:====================================================Planet Longitude Star Pada K.P. Dear Bohra ji,Tw ji has already replied to your question (/message/22059). It seems that you are using 'True Rahu' calculation where as Tw ji is using 'Mean Rahu'. You need to find out Rahu calculation setting in your software and change it to match the calcualtion.

Like various other topics, we have difference of opinion on 'True Rahu' vs. 'Mean Rahu'. But it seems that generally 'Mean Rahu' is used more often by KP astrologers than 'True Rahu'. We have past discussion on this topic and you can check forum archive for more information.

Thanks for your clarification in detail for the reason of differences

in degrees of Rahu/Ketu.

Well said by Sh.Raichur that we can apply wrong or interpret the wrong

but rules are not wrong.

I was in wrong impression that some thing wrong with software.

Thanks again,

Dear Friend,

1. I've got your points. It may wrong or right but it should be on the

basis of the correct chart and proper application of the well

established rules.

2. As demonstrated many times in the group, here is also no problem at

all with the commonly used SWs and the choice of Ayanamsa. It's just

one's common mistake in the application of SW and nothing else.

3. The future blind charts may be supported, if necessary, by a

uploaded chart for general reference. The uniformity should not be

applied in a strict sense and participants need some flexibility in

their choice of SW and Ayanamsa. Such flexibility generally doesn't

matter except in a border line case, which may be reminded,if desirable.

4. Let me repeat the common practice of a blind chart:

1) providing birth chart details together with Asc value and Ayanamsa

value;

2) announcing the result together with the detailed presentation of

correct predictions and if any, analysis of initiator of the blind

chart;then

3) discusiion by members; and finally

4) summing up by initiator of the blind chart.

Thanks and regards,

tw

Dear Dr. Luther,

When HE holds our hand, how can the writing be wrong!

I also believe strongly that more than the observations and analysis, it is the divinity which sometimes guides us to correct reading and prediction. The divine light is indeed supreme and we must accept this grace with all humility. I didn't mean to raise any doubt on the reading given by you and it is quite obvious to everyone that the error in feeding the data can only be unintentional. You deserve all the credit and applause for your astounding reading, and I congratulate you again for this feat. Now we are even more confident as the answer is stamped by HIM.

I am sorry for raising this controversy, but a healthy retrospection of an event allows us to take note of our shortcomings which can be rectified to forge ahead in future. That is why I took the liberty to share my observations with the group.

I apologize if I have offended any esteemed member or overstepped the limits in the group.

With best regards to allNeelam
