Delivery time of the child

Hi ,

I am expecting a baby in April.Doctor gave date as 11-April-2009,but the calc says around 5 april.

MY DOB :18 Nov 1978,Time :21:51 ,Place :Kasuli(HP)

Wife DOB:15 July 1980;Time :2:30 PM ;Place:Simla.

But my calc says it is around 5th April.Moreover,I cannot figure it out whether it will be C-section or normal.Can anyone help in this.

Dear Kapil,

The difference of 6 days is not at all surprising. The doctors calculate 280 days from the date of the first day of last menstrual period of the would be mother. The date they arrive at, they call EDD i.e. Expected Date of Delivery. It is clesr, it is an expected date and not a definite date of delivery. So they give a date, in your case, 11th April 2009 +/- 7 days. So it could be from 5th April to 18th April. So there is a range of 2 weeks. Hence you may be correct, Please check. At least the star of the day of delivery has to be a fruitful significator of V(if it is first child) or II and XI. The Antara lord has to transit in constellation of a significator. The dasanatha or the bhuktinatha should be transiting in a sensitive point governed by both of them. Transit of Jupiter also need be examined.

I hope this will help you to arrive at the date and weekday.

The statement above mentioned by u.Moreover C-section or normal do we need to look Mars also or 6 house for the same.

Dear Kapilji,

What I meant by 'sensetive point' is; Let us presume that one is running Jupiter dasa and Venus Bhukti and these planets are expected to give the result. In such case either of the planets are to transit in such points or zones in zodiac that are ruled by both of them. In Taurus there is no constellation of Jupiter. In Libra 20 degrees to 30 degrees is ruled by Jupiter. So this zone is ruled by both Jupiter and Venus. One of them at least should transit in this zone. Next zone falls in Sagittarius. 13-20 to 26-40 is ruled by Venus. This is a sensitive zone for the particular case. In Pisces there is no constellation of Venus. so this is not important.

Since Jupiter is karaka for children It should be transiting in afruitful sign and constellation of a significator of II, V or XI. As you have said, Mars should be a significator or it shouls appear in the ruling planets or the DBAS have to be connected with Mars if a CS has to become necessari. The VIII and XII houses are also to be signifies by the significators for the injury caused from the surgery and hospitalisation.

Dear Kapil ji,thanks for your number. (it shows you sent 2 days back. but I received today at about 5 pm).Judgement Time:18/3/20095.30.50 pm11n39 78e12 Salem TNThe chart is Radical. Moon is in the star of Ketu in 5. It is in the sub of Venus who is inthe star of Mercury (l/0 2,11) Asc. sub also Moon in Ketu star in 5.

But I got little confused as the XI th CSL ( also 5th to 7th) is Venus ® .It becomes normal in motion only on 18/4/2009 which is appx.7 days after the delivery date. Though sometime it occurs, I am little concerned.

Also Vth CSL(11 to 7th) is Sun who is in the star and sub of Saturn ®. Sun is in (l/o of 1) in 7. Saturn l/o 6 and 7 in 12. Saturn is in the star of Venus ® l/of 10 and 3 (9 to 7) in 7. (9=>Badaka). Not good!

If I take the XIth CSL (5th to 7th), is also Venus ® is in the star of Mercury (l/o2 and 11) in 6 (12 to 7). It is in conjunction with Mars (l/o 4 and 9). Further Saturn ® lord of 6 and 7 in 12, is aspecting the Mercury ( l/o 11 and 2)and Mars.

Venus is in the sub of Ketu who is in 11 ( 5 to 7). ketu in 5 to 7 is not good!Ketu is in the star of Saturn ® in 12 ( 6 to 7) and in the sub of Rahu in 5.Rahu and Ketu represent Jupiter L/o 5 and 8.

I hope there will be some difficulty is the delivery due to some obstruction in the passage and baby haby has to be taken out through surgery .Time of Delivery:as I said as per rule she will deliver only after 18/4/2009. as the time is beyond the dead line I did not go into the Transit much to find the time. But 18 to 19th also possible.

(If Venus ® is not to be considered, the date from 31st March to 1/April OR 3/April to 5th April favorable .but rules do not favor!) Sex: Though you have not asked, I analysed for my study: The sex may be Female!

I have a query regarding nearness of a retrograde planet for cancellation of retrograde effect. Mercury transits at a maximum distance of 28 degrees from Sun and Venus at 48 degrees. Should we consider Venus at 30 degrees to be near? What about Mercury and other planets? When should we consider them to be near to Sun? I am not aware, so I want to know.

Dear L.Y.Rao ji,Sex of the child: As said by 4 step method, if the star lord of the 5th Cuspal sub lord is posited in Even sign, it is Male. ( in the gives case it is ok).But I already tried with some other Horary charts , it did not come true. Sometimes, if the 5th Cuspal Sublord is in Male sign. it is male. If it is in Feale sign it is female. But some cases it is also not true (even in this case).

Some cases, when we have to look into the sex of the signlord, Starlord,Sublord and also its star lord, and their sign occupied, the majority of the sex becomes the answer. Even conjoined planets and RPs also are included into this.

I have a query regarding nearness of a retrograde planet for cancellation of retrograde effect. Mercury transits at a maximum distance of 28 degrees from Sun and Venus at 48 degrees. As per the 4 step method, the sex of the child is decided with 5th cusp sub lord's sublord's starlord. This method is not reliable. I do not accept that it is 95% accurate. Mr.Rangarajan of Man Machine System may confirm with AA rated charts.
