Stress all over - Please help

Respected Guruji,

 

I am currently going through deep stress and it looks that all my

dreams are shattered and I am dead. I came to Canada with a dream and

hope of settling down. Now my immigration file is stuck and I am not

sure about my job also my parents are not in good health.

 

Please advise me some solutions to overcome these problems and when

will I get what I want.
