Guest guest
Respected jyotishis, I will be grateful if you can advise me about some questions. I have been advised three kind of mantras/deities from my chart by many. One is Surya Upasana ( since Sun is debil. in my chart) and also since I am running Sani Dasa. Also given that Saturn is on ascendant and retro and therefore powerful, Rudra Chamakam. I do both. I also see that the 25th from my natal, Asresha, is Ardra that reflects a turbulent state of mind, ruled by Rudra.( as per Sh PVR's book excerpt on web). Remaining focused and joyful is indeed a major challenge for me at most times. I listen to Rudra Chamakam, since I can't recite it myself so far. My question is if reciting Gayatri followed by Rudra Gayatri ( Om Panchvakratay ............) gives the same affect as reciting Rudram- Chamakam. I ask this as I have been doing Savitur Gayatri for many years. My current situations include getting financially self dependent asap and finishing my higher education. Going by the fact that 12th from AK is Taurus in D9,also the navamasa lagna, seems worshipping Mahalaxmi would be beneficial for overall good ? But in D9, chart ruler Venus seems conjunct ketu in 8th as per JH software. So is that advisable or not? Venus is also in 6th in natal itself, in Scorpio. In my higher education, somehow I have indeed ended up suffering as a result of not an overt, but sort of simmering beneath the surface kind of disagreements and once an outright battle with women. They have been either classmates, professors or recently administrators that have seemed to made me a 'target', or so I felt at least. To be honest, I am not that easy going myself at times. Maybe cultural intangibes and my needing to pay more attention forms a part of it. ( Since I live at in US, but came from India). I am a novice at Jyotish and would appreciate any advise. Best Regards and Thanks Azaad PS: In case needed, my birth info is 20th oct, 1973, 23.22 hours, vadodara, Gujrat, India
