I am posting the following with reference to the posts about

downloading problems with Atri-SJC mp3 files.

 

If you encounter slow or unstable internet connection frequently

(especially during Mercury retrograde?) and have not heard of software

known as Download Managers, I would encourage you to invest a few

minutes to learn how to use them.

 

A download manager allows one to resume download of a file when the

internet connection is interrupted, instead of re-downloading the whole

file all over again.

 

This will save the user a lot time especially when the file is very

large.

 

More importantly, it will clear up the confusion as to who is the

faulty party when a user is not able to download a particular file or

whether a file is corrupted at source or after downloading.
