Special day today - We will be attending a special dance performance by an odissi dance master who comes from the same region as our lineage of Sri Jagannath. She is part of the lineage of Sri Jagannath. Details are below. We will be leaving by 2:00 pm from Freedom's house. If you would like to have advance tickets, contact Amrita at durgama , please let her know today if possible. (Sorry about the short notice).

 

Class will start 10 am. We will cover Saturn mantras. Potluck lunch at 12:30.

 

Goal is to have 12 students expert in BPHS, Brihat Parasara Hora Sastra.

Dear Tarun and fellow jyotishis:

There have been no postings to the Vyasa site for the following reasons:

1. Summer break and conference.

2. JIVA teachings in September, with Sanjay Rath in residence at the time.

3. Almost everyone in the Vyasa group has to work full-time. (It's

hard being an American in the San Francisco Bay Area - it costs a lot

of money just to survive.)

4. Freedomji has been writing his beginners jyotish book, which is now

ready for publication.

5. Freedomji has begun writing his next book which is taking much of

his time.

 

As soon as Freedomji can find someone to edit the recordings or get a

donation from someone to pay for a person to edit the recordings they

will be posted on the website. In the meantime, we all must " suffer "

from Freedomji withdrawal.
