What mantras for Venus/ purchasing houses?

Hare Rama Krishna Dear Everyone, Somebody asked me, Does anyone have any references for problems regarding purchases of houses. Or rather mantras to chant for an afflcited Venus in a chart that might affect the purchase of a house? Or what to chant if someone has obstacles in purchasing house,etc to ensure things go smoothly,etc If anybody has come across some articles/lessoons regarding house purchase etc, please refer them to me. Or send to me,etc What form of Lakshmi presides over dwellings , houses, etc? thank-you Lakshmi

Dear Lakshmi-didi,

Pranaam. As far as I know, Mangal is kaaraka for bhumi and Ketu is kaaraka for Buldings (tall ones especially). Maharsi Jaimini has given indications about what houses one may live in depending on grahas in the 4th from Karakaamsa. Sukra is not directly involved in houses but Sukra is kaaraka of sukha and gets digvala in the 4th. So does Chandra. Hence Sukra-Chandra will give palatial houses and much luxuries if they are in the 4th. 4th house in the D-4 (Turyamsa) should be studied carefully as malefics aspecting this, conjoining with A4 or malefic maarakas can cause difficulties in ownership of real estate. Argalas on te 4th house in D-4 and rajayoga combinations can show how and when a person will buy/rent etc. real estate. Obstacles can be due to a weak 4th house or lord and strong virodhargalas in this chart and propitiation should be done accordingly. I remember a few classes from Narasimha-ji and Visti-ji that may give you some details:

Hi Lakshmi,

 

Very quickly, you have to watch out for griha karaka Ketu, property karaka Mars, the 4th lord in the rashi and the 4th lord in the Chaturthamsha. You can do remedies for either of these planets, depending on how they are placed in your chart. If you are thinking of buying a house or land, Mars is crucial.
