Hard case.

1. Jupiter is neecha in rasi.

2. Jupiter is uccha in navamsa.

3. Jupiter is retrograde.

 

Hence, the neecha-bhanga rajayoga has been obstructed by Jupiters

retrogression... phew! what to do. In such a case we should look for

the three planets: Mars, Saturn and Moon, so see if they are giving

Jupiter neecha bhanga.

Moon and Mars are in kendra to the moon sign, hence a partial neecha

bhanga is occuring but since they are in kendra to the Moon they

require a mantra.

 

Now, if you continue analyzing like this, you will miss that Jupiter

is neecha and vakra in the badhaka sthana, and due to the aspect of Sun

and Mars, there is also a curse of Brahmin. The remedy for this is to

advise Shiva worship, preferably with the Ishana Shadakshari mantra: Om

Namah Shivaaya| If the child could get diksha into this mantra, it

would be very beneficial, as Saturn (parampara/tradition) is showing

the way out of the curse. Visits to the Shankaracharya would do wonders

in this regard.

I do want to mention that we move the time by an hour in summer

I do not know if this make a difference

The delivery of the child was diificult and took along time no

effects of the ninth house, however, due to its debility i would like

to see if a better solution is there for your chart. Possibly a

solution to give Jupiter Neecha bhanga. Do supply your chart details.
