My knowledge of dream omenology is nonexistant. I know that the Shiva linga represents the male half of creation, opposite the yoni, but other than this... I need to learn a little more about the subject. Since I have no knowledge on the subject, I will attempt some wild guesswork. Since it is a spiritual dream, perhaps Shiva is trying to communicate to you. The Sun signifying Shiva is in the Lagna. I would say it is overpowered by Venus, but for the fact that it is in the company of all of his friends. I do not know how to apply Prasna correctly. Do I look at Vimshottari dasa? If so the cycle running at the time was Mars-Rahu. Mars is the 7th lord, which represents the linga. It is in the company of almost all benefics, making it very powerful for good. Rahu also aspects the 7th house of linga... Maybe you should take up spiritual practices related to 7th house, such as Kundalini. Maybe this indicates success in that?
