Guest guest
Dear Frank, Namaste. I was prepared to give an example of the various Graha's colors and their comaprisen with the various grahas trees. As astrologers we should understand the energies excerted by the planets, and compare them to the situation they are showing. To me your list looks like a comparisen between water and Sri Krishna(both ruled by Moon). Or maybe Iron and Boils(Both ruled by Mars). But then again Mars wouldn't be iron unless associated with metals, and Moon wouldn't be water unless associated with fluids. Sri Krishna thus manifests in all the moons indications as does Goddes Parvathi. It all comes down to energies. So ultimately whats the difference between Mars and Mars? Or in any case God and God? I sometimes think your knowledge is much deeper, and that you ask these questions to teach. Is that so?..*laughs* Best wishes, Visti. p.s. the difference is the compound of the energy, not the energy itself. - Frank in Austin varahamihira Sunday, February 25, 2001 11:23 PM RE: [Jaya Jagannath] Graha's Dasavatar Aadityaaya somaaya mangalaaya budhaaya cha guru shukra shanibhyashcha raahaveketave namah Namaste and thank you all for your feedback on this... The other list is simply from other traditions (probably the Smartist tradition established by Shankara.) Within their frame of reference, they probably both work well. (My bias--not meant to offend any of my Vaishnava friends!)
