I feel as if i'm only answering half of the male, but the Vighati Calculations are as follows:

 

D-60 changes every 0:30 deg.

Your lagna is 5:23 Ge at 7:40 PM.

 

Your Vighati changes at: 7:40:36 PM Which will give Lagna: 5:29 Ge

 

Keeping in mind Jaimini's rule about sunrise/sunset, i calculated both and in both cases it gives Surya at 7:40:36 PM, so no worry there.

 

So moving Vighati to Surya, won't change D-60 Lagna.

However it did change Rudramsa and Nadiamsa Lagna.

 

I was going to calculate Prana Pada, but will have to redo my calculations until they are acurate. My reference is the Upagraha article, i hope its calculations are acurate.

 

You would do me a favor if you could check the Upapada for: 26th Nov 1965, 7:44 PM, Dharbanga(IST). Its the reference used in the Article.
