Guest guest
Pranaam Sanjay, For a little energy during fasting, bananas are very good. But, in general, you should eat bananas in moderation compared to other fruits. You have lagna in Pisces, a kapha rasi, and lagna lord Jupiter, a kapha graha, is in lagna. You may have some pitta too, but you are a predominantly kapha type person. Banana soothes vaata, but it provokes kapha. Kapha types should try to avoid it! Pomegranate (daadimaa in Sanskrit and anaar in Hindi) is an excellent fruit for you. Apples are fine too. Sagar sent me an email saying that my book would be released on April 3 or 4 after the new financial year starts. He is probably truthful this time. So finally my book may become available. I too actually thought of putting my book on the web for a free download. Because Sagar was already working on my book, I thought it would be improper to do it. For my future books, I will seriously consider it. But, that way, the book will not reach a lot of people. Many people in India do not have a web connection. A paper book will reach more people. That is the main reason for sticking to paper books. Even Sagar gives the book to some press or the other. If Ashok or someone in Delhi can handle it, we can publish the books in SJVC's name. We will not be able to market the book in India like Sagar can, but we can also do a decent job. There are only a handful of distributors in USA. We can advertize to them, advertize on the lists and secure book reviews in 3 or 4 Indian magazines. That should be enough to sell 1000 copies easily. If Ashok or somebody has some time, we should do this for the next book. Your sishya, Narasimha > Om Gurave Namah > Dear Narasimha, > from where I come from, Oranges and Apples arte considered luxury! Normally Coconut and Bananas are readily available and these are consumed. The water of the tender coconut is supposed to be very good, but i do not prefer it and only stick to Banana. > Good input.. > Best wishes > Sanjay > PS about that book..it is very frustrating to deal with these publishers. Perhaps SJVC shpuld start its own publications division. I am thinking of putting my book in the web for free download and if anyone wants then they can send a donation.
