Venus is several Vargas in the same Rasi of Virgo ( dual sign) and it's sign of debilatation...e.g. Sukra in D-9, D-20 & D-30, which = Parvathamsa ....I also find it in D-40. 2. Now Sukra in D-1 is Maha Yogada ( also owns the 8th and 11th house) and is Putrakaraka. 3. Sukra in D-9 is forms neechabanga raja yoga with Mercury in the 7th with Guru aspecting Mercury from Scorpio.
