Dear Visti,

Pranam. Jaya Jagannath!

Thank you for the ephemerides for the date of 21 March 1 BC. As I wrote to

you personally also, I'm becoming quite convinced about the other date,

namely 22 Dec. 2 BC. I got the date from a Western astrologer, who may not

have had knowledge very well of Hebrew calender. Since the Hebrew calender

starts new year from Oct. 1st, the date of 21/3/3759 in Hebrew calender

should refer to 22 Dec. 2 BC. Since the day was calculated from sunrise to

sunrise, 21st becomes 22nd in our present-day calender because the time is

just before dawn, about 6:28 am.

Planetary positions I get for this date are:

Mercury in Sagittarius, lagna is sagittarius

Sun and Venus in Capricorn

Rahu in Aquarius (atmakaraka)

Mars in Pisces

Saturn in Taurus

Moon in Cancer

Jupiter and Ketu in Leo

Look at the atmakaraka being Rahu in 3rd house and Jupiter, lagna lord in

9th with Ketu and aspected by it's lord Sun. Moon in the 8th house in it's

own house indicates public death like in the other chart, but here

especially Moon is just entering Pushya naksatra in the month of Pushya,

just after the full moon! Would this have been THE SIGN, the astronomical

happening which would mark His birth? Look, Jupiter (His lagna lord) was

brightly shining in the morning after the Moon had set in the Western sky,

until the Sun was coming up, indicating the place where He was born.

With the previous chart we got a Pisces lagna, but Jupiter in 6th would have

created a Ava yoga, so I started doubting that this could have caused such a

big mass appeal like Jesus' preaching to the masses and having so many

followers. Here we have Moon in the 8th in Pushya naksatra, Pushya means

nourishment - His death on the Cross (Venus aspecting) would inspire

religious feelings for centuries to come. Rahu in A5 would also give many

disciples. Libra is 8th from A7 indicating the cross and the demise chart

has Libra lagna with Sun in Aries, which has A8.

Look also at the remarkable similarity with Srila Prabhupada's chart,

Sept. 1st, 1896, 3:24 pm, Calcutta. Same lagna in 3rd drekkan, Jupiter with

Ketu in 9th with the Sun, Rahu also atmakaraka...
