I have gone for another try and looking for your comments.

YOGA;If all the malefics are in oriental half while all benefics are in occidental half and the Lagna is Scorpio, it will cause death of the native.

The yoga is specific yoga for Scorpio lagna called " Vajra Mushti Yoga " (VMY- Saravali). Results of the yoga is not death, but hard life to the native. The principle behind the VMY could be

1. Scopio is the debilitated rasi for Moon (Sustainer)

2. It is a Gantanta Rasi and

3. If I consider Sun as a natural malefic, Venus and Mercury always will be in strength in Kenda (4th or 10th) or trine (5th or 9th) as Venus cannot go away more than 48 degrees (for Mercury 28) from Sun. (only, if we consider rising degree as Rasi Aramba. ) In this way, Maraka Venus become stronger to give evils and But, not death always.

Saravali further classifies, In such a chart, if Moon is in Lagna while malefic are in Kendra or in the 8th house death is caused.

Weak Moon is in Lagna (except Cancer/ Taurus as own/ MT, and Aries as 4th lord in lagna protection from divine mother) is always Balarista, same as Moon placed in 6th 8th or

12th (Saravali).

To Scorpio born with VMY, only hope is Strong Moon as 9th lord and strong 8th house (Ayush). But 9th lord doing too job here as Bhadakesh as well. Debilitate Bhadakesh, in 1st house may bring more evil and, on the other hand Moon (as the protector -sustain) is too weak to protect the native.

Same time there is no doubt about the death as 8th house too afflicted.

So can we keep this in mind as " For Scorpio borns with VMY, if Moon is in the lagna and afflicted 8th, there is no doubt, death is caused "
