Guest guest
Dear Gurudeva and others, Namaste, sorry for delayed answers on this lessons, I was so much busy last few weeks... but I'm here now. Q1- What are the primary combinations for hearth disease? Which deity should be worshiped to have strong hearth and hence, long life? A1- In the lesson it is said that stronger of the seventh houses from Moon or Lagna shall determine the strength of the heart. For the health of the heart we should also look on Sun, 4th and 5th houses and theirs lords, signs Cancer and Leo ( indicators for hearth and its weakness or disease). Various influences on the said houses, signs or planets can cause weakness or strength of the heart. For Deity I'm really not sure and I would rather wait for correct answer than to speculate. Q2- Which deity is the natural protector of Dharma and is the Human being a replica / created in the mould of this deity? What is the significance of the three syllable mantra in Bhagavad Gita? Sri Vishnu is the sustainer of the whole universe, so He sustain also Dharma which is needful to maintain the material world. But it seems to me that human beings are not replica of the Sri Vishnu, I would say rather that human beings are replica of Lord Shiva. Every Deity sustain Dharma in a certain way but I think that answer on this question is Shiva. In the Bhagavad Gita is mentioned mantra "Om tat sat" - I'm not a Sanskrit scholar but here is my understanding; "Om tat sat" means that all living beings are part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, or God. We are all God-like in nature, but we are separate beings. Most of the answers which I read till now speak about mantra "AUM". Understanding of this mantra as I received it from my Diksha Guru is that it represent all creation - both spiritual and material. It represent God, Supreme Lord Sri Krishna, His spiritual potency or energy which can be manifested in various ways and all living beings. So, this three things are contained in mantra "AUM". Q3- Why is the eastern horizon taken as the first house or Lagna? Why not the mid-heaven or western horizon or any other sign? A3- Lagna signifies birth in this material body. So, lagna is beginning of this life. When Sun rise on the eastern horizon it signifies the beginning of the day, similarly the sign which rise on the east in the moment of birth signifies the birth or beginning of new life and this sign is then taken as lagna or first house. Dear Gurudeva, thank you for nice lesson and opportunity to learn from you. If my answers needs correction in any way I will be glad to hear it from you ( or any other student). Darpaha Dasa.
