In palmistry an important part of judging the person, is done from counting the number of small rings on the persons thumb. Is this a matter you wanto pursue further at the moment, or are you just curious?

Its not necessary to complete the lessons in a sequencial order. Your discussion with Gurudev, is not doubt pending, but you can continue with the lessons, as long as you can find the answers later in the archives, or through list members.
