[Jaya Jagannath] Su Dasa & Divisional Charts

Hi Ash.

We've been taught to calculate Su-dasa & drig Dasa for Rasi chakra only. Narayana Dasa can be calculated from the Various vargas.

 

My reasoning is however abit off.

You cannot. Sudasa is only for Rasi chart.

Dear Sanjay, Namaste.

The Divine Hora of Jup-Jup is upon me during this email. Jaya Jagannath!!

 

Your Sishya Ash, has also asked me about Dasa's.

 

Here are my thoughts:

 

When calculating Su-dasa from the Rasi we are infact foccusing on Lakshmi's

blessings thoughout all activities, hence no specific activities, which would be

indicated by the Vargas.

Same goes for Drig Dasa.

 

When i wrote the previous email, i didn't have this in mind, thats why my

reasoning was off, yet meditation & time has helped.

 

 

Now due to your Sishyas question to me, I decided to meditate abit. I sat down

and looked through my window at the nice tress outside. After sometime as my

breathing had relaxed, i saw a figure standing and pointing at a tree, and the

figure showed how the tree had been born, how it grew, and during this showed

the way to delianate how one could time its events, and how all the dasa's

showed different things regarding the tree. A very nice help i'd say. The figure

bowed and disapeared.

 

 

I believe you asked Narasimha to use that special Su-Antar-dasa progression, as

it gives a clearer picture of Lakshmi's blessings.

 

We can indeed use the advice of Jaimini instead, only it shows the

activity(chara) throughout the entire Dasa. i.e. our activities when we recieve

the blessings.

 

Or incase of using the lord of the Maha Dasa sign; it shows the activities

related to the fortune of the Dasa. i.e. Where/when/how we recieve the fortunes

during the Dasa.

 

Your comments will be most welcome. I also have a few thoughts regarding some

other Dasa's, and also progression
