A4: As per the sign Sagittarius, tall stature, well formed body, oval face, high forehead, prominent nose and clear eyes, fair complexion.

 

Lagna lord is in a glamorous venusian sign of Libra and aspected by Venus. She must be attractive and glamorous.

 

As Sun and Mercury are aspecting, she should have a strong bones and skin.

 

 

Q5: List the types of food liked by the Navagraha and determine the foods that contribute to good health. Is it better to become a Vegetarian?

 

A5: As per Bagavat Gita and Srimat Bagavatam, the foods are divided into three categories, Satwik, Rajasic and Tamasic. So, based on the Guna of the Planet, the foods liked by that planet is determined.

Sun, Moon, Jupiter - Satwik, Venus, Mercury - Rajasic, Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu - Tamasic.

 

Some list of Satwik foods:- Rice, wheat, cereals, barley, milk, butter, vegetables, fruits.

Rajasic foods:- Fish, meat, salt, chilies, asofoetida.

Tamasic foods:-Beef, wife, garlic, onions, tobacco.

 

By the satwik food, the body and mind are steady and unagitated. This will ensure, steady and good health.

 

Is it better to become a vegetarian? Yes. But, it depends on the predominant Guna of the person and his motive in life (Dharma,Artha, Kama, Moksha). If a person has any one of these motive in his mind with a ultimate intention of Liberation, then that person must try to move to the upper level. That is when a person wants to grow in spiritual path, he must move from Tamasic food to Rajasic and then from Rajasic to Satwik.
