I'll attempt others in sometime.Your ShisyaS.PrabhakaranQ1: What are the primary combinations for heart disease? Which deity should be worshipped to have a strong heart and hence, long life?Ans: 1-A)Following factors can indicate heart disease1. Afflictions to 7th from moon or lagna2. Afflictions to 4th house from lagna or Moon3. Afflictions to Moon.[sanjay Rath] The seventh house is the house of desires and heart disease is caused of wrong desires. The physical manifestation will take place in the fourth from Lagna (or cancer sign the natural seventh). In all these cases we are looking at the Moon and the Conscious mind.

Thus malefics in the 6th, 7th or 8th house from the Moon shall cause Papa-Adhi Yoga and also give disease due to bad karma that leads to the fulfilment of desires. Benefics in such places from the Moon shall cause Subha-Adhi Yoga resulting in great yoga for a strong and happy heart. Similarly, malefics in the 12th, 1st and 2nd from the Moon shall cause disturbances in family (spouse specifically), personal-mental life and in work sphere respectively. Benefics in such places shall cause blessings in such areas as has been described. For example, a person with saturn in the 12th from the Moon shall become very sorrowful after marriage due to the troubles from spouse one with Mars in the same place can cause a lot of disturbance to the spouse. All this is not good for the heart, and heart diseases, blood pressure etc, results. These are some of the indicators. Eighth lord in cancer or connected to an ill placed Moon can surely indicate heart disease.

1-B) Since Moon is primary indicator for desires and heart,Moon Avatar Shri Krishna is natural diety for strong heart and long life. [sanjay Rath] Deity is Lord Shiva and the Mantra is the Mritunjaya mantra of Maharshi Vasistha (Rig veda). Krishna in the Avatar form is Vishnu-Avatar and is concerned with the protection of Dharma.Q2: Which deity is the natural protector of Dharma and is the Human being a replica / created in the mould of this deity? What is the significance of the three syllable mantra given in the Bhagavat Gita?Ans:2-A) Shri Ram is the natural protector or Dharma as Shri Ram incarnation for Sun which is indicatorfor Lagna a Dharma Trikona. For the second part, Shri Ram is in form of human.But, I am not able to get the answer as Rama,Krishna, Parashurama, Vamana and Bhuddha are also in the form of humans.[sanjay Rath] Vishnu is the natural protector of Dharma as the Dharma trikons is the trines to the 1st house and the deity in the ninth house is Maha Vishnu. Lord Rama or any other Avatar (incarnation) always works to protect the natural order and truth. In fact the ONLY foundation of this natural order is TRUTH. Thus, whether you refer to any of the avatars, you are only referring to Vishnu. Now, in every horoscope, one of the three trine house from Lagna (1,5,9) shall be the strongest; among these, there shall be one planet and if none placed, then its lord that shall determine the mould of Vishnu in which the person has been built. For example, in the chart if Swami Vivekananda, the Sun is the strongest in trines to Lagna and we can say that he is in the mould of Rama..a perfect man no doubt. In this manner when we start seeing horoscopes, we start loving and respecting everybody and then we become closer to God.. that is the real purpose of Jyotish. That is why Vishnu is sarva-Vyapakeswara-Devata or is everywhere as in every creation, it is He who gives the mould. Whether it is a tree or monkey, they will all have a Lagna and the stronest in trines to this shall tell us the mould in which it is made. The ninth house always protects and that is why Vishnu is always protecting this creation...I can go on, but then you all must think.2-1B) AUM is made is O, U and Ma sylablesO-indicates Brahma and Lagna in the Chart, the creatorU-Indicates Shri MahaVishnu the sustainer.M-Indicates Shiva the destroyer indicates 7th house in the chart. Which indicates all desires.[sanjay Rath] Correct. It is not "Oo". It is "A" the first Akshara which is often used in some mantras to destroy disease and enemity. The mantra is "A-U-M tat Sat." I shall wait for some more details from Narasimha and others.So AUM indicates that creation-destruction or Individual-Desires pair is all sustained and connected(fulfilled)by VishnuQ3: Why is the eastern horizon taken as the first house or Lagna? Why not the mid-heaven or western horizon or any other sign?Ans: Sun rises in the East. The east is ruled by Sun.Stronger between Sun and Lagna(rising east) indicates the individual.When Sun rises in the east the whole of creation gets awakened. So east indicates creation. Sun rise is everyday symbol of creation of this wholeuniverse the Kaal Purusha. So East is taken as the Lagna.[sanjay Rath] There are so many parts of the Creation that awaken at night! Alright, I will not argue, but then this is not natural argument against Mid-heaven the ABHIJIT MUHURTA or against the use of sunset. Why Sunrise, why not the others..
