Dear Drifter-Astrologer,

 

Actually Rahu-Venus explains it beautifuly.

 

Lets say we want to restrict ourselves to D-1. Then, Rahu is in 12H

and Venus is the sookshma lord of Paradesa Saham(Sensitive Point for

Overseas Travel).

 

D-4 is the real chart to be looked at. Here Rahu is is in the 9H(Long

Distance Travel) in the watery sign of Cn. Venus, though in the 10H

is the Lord of 7H(Foriegn Journey) and 12H(Away from Home).

 

Thus Rahu-Venus is excellent for going abroad.
