OHM SHRI RAGAVENDRAYA NAMAH

JAYA JAGANNATHA

Namaste Lakshmi,

As per Gurudeva's teaching, your Venus has perfect neechabanga. There are many astrological rules and concepts scattered in many books. We are all confused to choose the correct ones. That is why we need a Guru to guide us. Here, fortunately we have our Gurudeva to guide us. So, let us follow what he has given in the Neechabanga file. If any one of the rule is applied then the planet has neechabanga.

Mercury (combust?), Lord of the 10th house is in Leo,the 9th with 9th lord Sun & Rahu in Dharma-karmadhipayoga.In Navamsa, he's in virgo, his own house. Doesthis make him an exalted dispositor?

No. This will be the stretching the rule. Also, I read in one of Sanjayji's articles thatLagnesh is never bad. Can it be extended to the MahaDasa and Antardasa lords at the time of birth ? I wasborn during Sukra Mahadasa - Guru Bhukti. I do not think so. Because, we have so many dasa system. So, we cannot take, dasa lord in each dasa system as beneficial. In that case almost all the planet will come under that. Plus, if you read the Vimshotari Dasa lesson, you will come to know that Vimshotari itself is calculated based on different nakshatras. So, the dasa lords will change in those cases.

Thanks

Solai Kannan

Om Gurave Namah----Dear Sarajit,

As I have always maintained, the first book of Jyotish is the Bhagavat Gita. What did Krishna teach about Gyana Yoga? Is this not one of the paths to God? Then how can we say that the reasoning method does not lead to God.. What you quote are recent thinkers and not Krishna Himself. If this reasoning is carried to infinity, then the only reason for our existence and all these problems and solutions shall be God. Hora Shastra ot the Science of Time is one such method of Gyana Yoga. With Best Wishes,Sanjay Rath

Re: [Hare Rama Krishna] Neechabanga

Dear Visti!Actually this is very difficult to differentiate between the subtledifference between Intellect, Reasoning, Mind and like...What I meant is, Moksha can't be attained by reasoning or intellect, whereas it could be attained by complete surrender to the almighty anddissolution of the self. When, the self "ego" is dissolved, there is noquestion of "own mind", however, until it happens, mind takes you theverge of getting moksha.Hope I am understood.RegardsSarajitOn Tue, 31 Jul 2001, Visti Larsen wrote:> Dear Sarajit.> Don't you mean that moksha is given by the destruction of manas?> I fail to see this direct affiliation between Manas and Krishna.> > > Best wishes, Visti.> -> Sarajit Poddar> varahamihira > Tuesday, July 31, 2001 7:23 AM> Re: [Hare Rama Krishna] Neechabanga> > > HARE RAMA KRISHNA> Dear Laxmi!> > We can't assume much about any chart as all of them have some unique> features in them. HARE RAMA KRISHNA

Dear Gurudev!

I am aware of the yoga paths mentioned in Gita viz. Karma Yoga, Bhakti

Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Raj yoga.

While Gyan yoga says that the moksha can be attained with reasoning or

knowledge about the self and the supreme, there are some limitations to

that. The knowledge one attains with reaonsing can't give him the

experience or the feeling of the same and unless it happens, the person is

not liberated.

Hence there comes a stage, where the person is risen above the realm of

reasoning to the realm of intuition, where he experiences the truth and

get liberated.

I shall take some time to substantiate my arguement.

Bless me.

Your obedient shisya

Sarajit
