Some more clarification.

 

How can we use this method in prediction? For example, in Gurudeva's father

example, if we are timing the child birth, how will we select the

Meenashakrati and how will we know the lagna (to eliminate Jupiter) if we

are predicting in advance. Or Is Meenashankranti, the reason for eliminating

Jupiter. Say, if two planets are involved in an event one gives the Month

and other(s) gives the day.

 

In your marriage example, Moon is aspecting your UL and the Seventh lord

Jupiter. So, Karkataka is the month which gave marriage.

 

I didn't check for other events, because I don't know this is correct. So,

please correct me.

Thank you very much for sharing yet another secret with us. I am giving a

couple of examples of the rule you mentioned.

 

(1) P.V.R. Narasimha Rao

 

Natal Chart

 

April 4, 1970

Time: 17:48:10

Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East of GMT)

Longitude: 81 E 12' 00 "

Latitude: 16 N 15' 00 "

 

I got married on August 1, 1993 when Sun was at 15Cn40. So it was the 16th

solar day since Karkataka Sankranthi (entry of Sun into Cancer). The 16th

day is ruled by Jupiter, as Jupiter dasa is for 16 years.

 

If you cast my natal chart, you will see that Jupiter is the 7th lord! I was

running his antardasa as per Vimsottari dasa then. In muhurta chart also,

lagna was Pisces and its lord Jupiter was aspecting it from Virgo! So

Jupiter gave me marriage and so it happened on the 16th solar day.

 

(2) I joined my first job on December 9, 1993 in Aries lagna. Sun was at

23Sc36. It was the 24th solar day (24th day since Vrischika Sankranthi). In

my natal chart, Mercury is the 10th lord and the most important planet for

career. He is in Aries with Venus, Saturn and Mars. When I joined the job,

Mars was lagna lord and hora lord. While Venus and Saturn did not have much

to do with it, Mars played an important role. He was with Mercury in muhurta

chart too and in sama saptaka from Mercury in navamsa and D-10, in Mercury's

constellation. Overall, Mars and Mercury gave the result and the sum of

their years is 7+17=24.

 

(3) The news that I stood state first in intermediate exams (higher

secondary school) in AP state of India was announced on radio in the evening

of May 28, 1987 and immediately congratulations started pouring in. In my

chart, 5th lord (5th = success in competitions and fame) Saturn and lagna

lord Mercury are in Aries with dispositor Mars. The result was given by

Mars, Mercury and Saturn. When the result was announced, Saturn was in

Scorpio lagna and lagna lord Mars was with Mercury in Mercury's sign Gemini.

Sum of their years are 7+17+19=43, i.e. 13. It was indeed the 13th day from

Vrishabha Sankranthi!

 

(4) In my horoscope, Jupiter is the 4th lord. He is aspected by 4 planets in

Aries, including Mars. When I bought a car in 1997, Mars was lagna lord and

hora lord and natal 4th lord Jupiter was in 4th in muhurta chart. So Jupiter

and Mars gave the car. Sum of dasa years is 16+7=23. It was indeed the 13th

day from Simha Sankranthi (i.e. Sun's entry into Leo)!

 

(5) When I signed purchase and sale agreement for my yet-to-be-built house

on January 28, 2001, it was Jupiter's tithi and Jupiter was in lagna.

Jupiter gave me the deal. He is the 4th and 7th lord in my natal chart,

showing house and deals. His dasa years are 16 and the deal happened on the

16th day from Makara Sankranthi (i.e. Sun's entry into Cp)!

 

BTW, we moved into the new house last weekend and my new email address,
