I am trying to attempt this. I might go awry, any feedback is higly welcome....

 

We might very well see that ketu in the Lagna can make the native sickly or a weak health. The Rasi aspect and also the Planetary aspect of three more malefics, Rahu, Mars and Sun on the Lagna, intensify the affliction to the Lagna. The lord of protection (9th house) is also afflicted and eclipsed by Mars and Rahu respectively, rendering it very weak. Moreover, there is a very powerful Sarpa Yoga in the Horoscope as the kendra is occupied by Dire malefics. However, it is brocken as Moon is in the Lagna. Moon as a benefic in the Lagna break the Sarpa yoga and hence the saving grace. However, Moon is the Rogesha too!!!

 

Saturn a dire malefic for the Sagittarius Asdt. is Staring (Graha Drishti) on the Lagna, increasing the maleficence of the combinations. Saturn is exalted too to intensify the problem more.

 

So what are the diseases.

1. Rahu's aspect on the Lagna might caused Asthma problem.

 

2. The Concentration of the evil on the lagna might have caused some head related problems, Ketu's presence might make it undiagnosable. Moon, Sun, Mars affliction might show some problem related to fluid in the brain or erractic transmission of nerve (mercury) impulses(fire of Sun and Mars) (Malefics aspecting lagna are there in gemini- Mercury- Karaka for Nerves).

 

3. The paka Lagna and karaka for Dhi-Shakti- Jupiter is retrograde in the 12th placed with Mandi and aspected by Badhaka Mercury from 6th (another house of Roga, disease). This might show lack of mental strength for recovery. Affliction to Jupiter also might show epileptic fits.

 

The first Shoola is that of Gemini, the badhaka house for Sagittarius. The presence of Mars there with aspect from Moon from Sagittarius caused a powerful rudra Yoga which might have given Death like suffering (I wonder, how the native passes through the period, This can only happen when the Atmakaraka is saving the native, here atmakaraka is Rahu placed in Gemini).

 

The next shoola which might have ended on June25, 2001, was no better as Malefic (both functional as well as Natural) Saturn aspects (Graha and Rasi both) that same with 6th lord Venus placed there. Mercury, the Badhakesh also aspecting the same. The native might be having problem related to chest as Cancer is the natural area of chest. The problem could be in the cell-generative system of the lungs.

 

The current shoola Dasa starting from June 26, 2001 might be less worse as only Saturn aspect the sign, however with the Rasi drishti only, which is not so potent. But, Saturn, as a dire malefic to the lagna, its aspect, might not give full freedom from here diseases until some remedial measures are taken.
