Pranaam Sanjay,In your father's chart, you pointed out that Mercury is the 5th lord andjoins Sun, Jupiter and Venus. You said Mercury, Sun and Venus gave theresult and added their years to get the solar day. You asked why Jupiter wasexcluded.I noticed one thing that may or may not be a coincidence. Using 360-degreeyears recommended by you, your father was running Rahu-Mercury-Venus-Sunsookshma dasa as per Vimsottari dasa, when your elder brother was born. Inaddition to Venus and Sun being in lagna and Mercury owning the weekday atyour brother's birth, did you consider this (i.e. your father's dasas) toconclude that Mercury, Venus and Sun gave this result??
