Periods of Rahu, Ketu & combust planets

Namaste. For a person like me who is still stumbling

around in darkness, the light the list members like

you cast,little or big, is very much necessary,

because it shows me the immediate path and gradually

prepares me to cope with the intensity of the rays of

" Sanjay Aditya " .

 

From the article on VRY I thought Guruji meant only

lords of dusthanas and not malefics. Perhaps I need to

re-read the article more carefully.

 

Can I voice one more doubt? At present, I am running

Rahu mahadasa-Mercury antardasa and Rahu is in the 9th

house, Leo, with its lord Sun and combust Mercury,

(behind Sun and not retrograde).

 

I read in the article on " combustion " that when a

graha is combust, its natural significations are

eclipsed by Sun and it is obliged to work for the

significations of Sun.

 

I also read elsewhere that since Rahu and ketu do not

have physical bodies, during their dasa periods, they

give the results of the house lord.

 

Does this mean that the current Rahu-Mercury dasa,

would mostly give the results of Sun dasa?
