Suppose, if the lagna lord is in lagna and vargottama, then also does this yoga prevail?

Dr. Raman teaches it as any one planet out of the four, but Parasara taught it as all the four. I taught the same.Suppose someone has Aq lagna, Saturn in Libra, Venus in Pisces with Leo navamsa. Then lagna lord is Saturn, his dispositor is Venus, his rasi lord is Jupiter and navamsa lord is Sun.
