There are many parametars that indicate illiness:

1. Lagnesh afflicted in 8th house in gemini sign(hearing) in 8th house

which is the most vulnerable place in the zodiac. Saturn holds neecha sign

of guru and is responsible for hearing deficiency. Saturn is exalted and

Rx thus weak and showing some effects of debility in aries. Saturn aspects

chandra. Chandra is very afflicted with both shani and ketu. Chandra rules

sound and is afflicted in the house of speech. I am not sure whether navamsa

is correct. Atma should be placed somewhere in dustana in navamsa to show

the illness right from birth. or alternatively in 2nd house with venus

in 6th. Do check virgo navamsa. Also do examine the trimsamsa and full

8th house in aries(head)/ Examine the badhakesh in D-30 as well along with

A-6 in D-30. In D-6 check the possiblity of scorpio lagna with chandra

in gemini in 8th house and cluster of grahas in 6th house in aries.

Taurus Narayana dasha starting right from birth is quite unfavourable

holding 8th house lord.

that she was born deaf, and had never been exposed to the surroundings

that could have caused her deafness (visible signs), the 3rd house should

show some clear affliction. The 3rd from Lagna is Capricorn. Saturns worst

enemy is Ketu and Mars.The 3rd house recieves graha dristi from Venus and

Mars, whilst it recieves Rasi Dristi from Jupiter and Mercury. The 3rd

lord is exalted. However planets should be weak in the dusthanas to give

good results, and Saturn is in 12th along with being retrogade. This clearly

indicates some loss of the 3rd house. Jupiter is retrogade in Lagna, and

is surrounded by Ketu and Saturn, who are battling it out with Jupiter

in the middle being the looser of the battle. So the Akash Tattwa is afflicted,

indicating hearing ailments. Additional notes; Mercury lording the

8th house and 11th house from Lagna, is in the 7th house, which is its

Marana Karaka Sthana(worst possible placement) acording to Jataka Parijata.

But I guess this should have caused troubles to the longevity and

friends/(hearing?) through associations(7th). Now the question remains

how to predict whether this happened before or after birth. The afflicted

Jupiter is in Invisible signs from both dehas(Sun & lagna), could indicate

this, but i have no idea how this principle works. This is just an attempt

How about Rahu's aspect on A3 and ruler of A3? Saturn also aspects A3 and ruler of A3. Mars also aspects ruler of A3. Ketu is conjoined with ruler of A3. And the placement 12th lord in A3 as well perhaps? Ruling the 12th and 7th, it has no longer automatically benefic, and the rulership characteristics may prevail. The injury to the ascendant ruler Mars due to Rahu, Mandi, Gulika as well cause damage to the body perhaps? And again ruler of AL is also ruler of the 3rd house. There seems to be multiple links with the physique and the 3rd house and damage to both. However, I think the idea of using Jupiter to identify the area of damage as hearing is brilliant. Would the 8th house rulership of mercury come into this since it aspects Jupiter?

I am trying to be aware of the Arudha's now, though it is hard for me as it is a new concept. But Narasimha's teaching is starting to sink in.
