Guest guest
Respected Sanjayji and other learned list members, Pranaam to all. Here is my humble attempt. Q: Determine the Ista Devata in the following charts: Male born 7 Aug, 1963 at 9:15' PM IST at Sambalpur India. What remedy would you recommend for the native to reduce the suffering and obstacles in life? GENERAL: AK is Shani ® in 11th. In Navamsa also AK is in 11th. He should be a highly spiritual person. Please see that in Rashi asc, lord Jup in own house pieces (dharmic judgement) and 9th lord Mars in 7th (close association of Guru and spiritual person). AK being in 11th he should be very much inclined to subject of jyotish. AK being in 11th, he is brave and must have faced all odds in life to complete his task in hand. 7th from AK there is Ve and Su. This must be showing some very strong desire (AK is retro) which has become the cause of rebirth. Ve is Pitrikaraka and 5th / 10th lord from AK. Su is 8th lord from AK and BK. May be desire is connected to Guru and coleagues/ fellow students of the same Guru - I am not very sure. Ve being 5th and 10th lord - it may be subordinates / followers in workplace also. 8th lord Su (from AK) shows problem from them for the great soul. 7th lord being in 6th also shows some problem from spouse or associates. ISTA DEVATA: In Navamsa Me is in 12th from AK in 2nd drekana. So Shrikrishna is his IshtaDevata. Me is GK also. So he would have been guided by a relative or somebody well known to him during his Sa-Me period ie. 25.8.1982 to 3.5.85 Lord of 2nd from D20 lagna is again Mer having Parivartan Yoga with Su (Shiva). It must be a very good Rajayoga. REMEDIAL MEASURES: He has already passed his most difficult AK period. Now he is in Me mahadasa. Me in 10th from AL. It seems he will work on writting books etc. and achieve great fame as Me is his IstaDevata also. There should not be any reason why he should follow some remedial measure now - to my humble opinion. Please advice how much my attempt is correct. Regards, J.K. Dasgupta
