I think what you have taken is wrong. Because, in the past the time is considered in Gatikas from Sunrise. So, the calculation must be from Sunrise. The 6.00AM concept is only for HORA. Hence, the Birth time could be 5.13 (Sunrise at Calcutta)- 0.24 = 4.49 AM. The Lagna is Cancer and Lagnamsa is Aq. Let others check and correct.
