Here is my attempt on the 2nd exercise.

Atmakarak is Mercury is Scorpio, Aspected by Exalted Sun indicates that the person has great knowledge about Vedas and Bagavat Gita. Conjuction of Laganamsa lord Saturn indicates Raja Yoga and fructification of atmas desires. So the person can do great work related to atmas desires. Aspect of Jupiter also indicates knowledge of scriptures. Jupiter even though debilitated it has neecha banga by association with AK. Jupiter in lagnamsa indicates with aspect of moon from 5th indicates a great author. The persons intellect is also indicated by buddhi adhitya yoga formed by parivarthana between Rasi Lagna lord and 6th lord with exalted sixth and 9th lord Jupiter(knowledge of vedas) in lagna. There is parivartana yoga also in D9 formed between Exalted Sun and Moolatrikona Mars. By this exchange Exalted Sun(Savitur) comes into 10th house from karakamsa indicating his work Savitri. Aspect of Exalted sun on Swamsa made him do work related to Vedas. Mercury is also involved Swakshetra sun in 2nd house(Artha trikona) even in Rasi indicating Veda realted work.His Ishta devata is indicated by Venus which is Pitri Karaka indicates that some elderly person would lead him god and goal in this life.Interestingly, Atma karakas association with 11th lord and in 2nd (future) house also indicates prophetic (jyotish) abilities. Such association is also seen in 11th house in D9. And he also had prophetic visions about India's future.Mercury being 12th lord and AK in Rasi gives him deep involvement with meditaion.
