Dear gurudev and list members,

I have given below the chart of Sri Aurobindo

ghosh.

Ishta devatha: Budha is the AtmaKarak and he is in

Vrischika in Navamsa.The twelfth from it, Thula is

unoccupied and its lord , Venus indicates the Ishta

Devatha as Lakshmi.But, Thula is strongly aspected by

griha drishti by a strong , exalted Ravi .Hence the

the native will worship the Goddess at the centre of

the Sun disk - Savitri???(My knowledge is very weak in

this.please forgive me).Surprisingly, Sukra as well as

Ravi are in the nakshtra of Ketu, the Mokshakarak who

is with the Atmakarak and a retrograde Sani in the

Karakamsa.This indicates the native will have

spiritual realizations(Kethu) in

Bandhan-improsonment.(Sani in 6th house).The

realization could be on the Brahman level,

commensurate with the aspect of Ravi on Karakamsa and

the 12th from it..This happened to him during Chandra

Dasa Budha Bhukthi(1909-Bhukthi of Atmakarak).I have

read of combination of Sani and Chandra in the

horoscope of Saints.He was imprisoned during Sani

Bhukthi(ascendant lord - Chandra with 8th lord in 6th)

On his monumental work:The 5th indicates writing and

such abilities.In Rasi, the lord of 5th(and 10th) is

in DharmaKarmadhipathi Yoga with Guru, lord of 9th and

this combination is in ascendant.thus the native will

strive for upholding dharma in his occupation and

through writings(5th house).Also, a Neechabhanga Raja

Yoga is in force in the first house with the

participating planets being lord of 5th and 9th.Also,

a viparita yoga is formed by placement of Sani , lord

of 8th in 6th.while the Neechabhanga raja yoga gave

rise to him becoming famous for his writings(5th) and

spirituality(9th), the viparita yoga caused him gains

(spiritual realizations) after trouble(imprisonment).

 

I have not read the works of Sri Aurobindo and so i am

not familiar with many aspects of his life.Please

evaluate my answer and guide me in my quest for the

light of Knowledge.

Kindly evaluate my answer to Q1 and also Lesson 1.
