Here is my attempt on 1.3 question: "Nathuram Vinayak Godse 19 May 1910 at 8-29 AM ; 73E52' 18N31' India. He was supposed to be a god fearing person, yet he committed homicide! What are the factors by which this happened?[30 Sept 2001] "

 

His lagna is Mithuna and lagnamsa is Cp.

AK is Rahu

Ishtadevada is Venus-Lakshmi.

 

As you have mentioned there are some good points in his chart. Gajakesari yoga in the kendra aspected by Exalted Venus. Dispoisitor of AK is exalted. AK is placed in the 12th house of loss, jail.

 

Rahu and Sun are very close and it is like eclipse. Sun has not crossed Rahu and it is so week. This combination also continued in Navamsa. Jaimini has given many rules for the Rahu Sun combination in Karakamsa. This combination gives burning houses with others etc., In fact those Hindu fundamentalists at that time was making fires to houses. So, AK joined the week Sun malefic and Retro Mercury, even more dangerous in earthy sign. All these gave him a eccentricity.

 

But, because of the aspect of Gajakesari Yoga planet Jupiter and because of the 2nd house placement in Navamsa, and because Rahu is AK, he was doing some religious related activities. Otherwise, he might have been doing some dangerous terrorist activities. He was right on his path of religious saving or protecting his religion but not a dharmic way. His Atma might not have achieved its purpose of birth, by being placed in 12th house in Rasi and because the Karaka for the 12th house (Lagnamsa is 12th from Karakamsa) Saturn is debilitated in Rasi and placed in 6th in Navamsa.

 

Having Sun in Karakamsa confirms political activities and this combination at Kumba brings spiritual or religious oriented political activities.

 

Viparita Raja yoga of having Mars in 3nd from AL exist and Mars is 6th lord placed in lagna. By fall of the enemy he was known to others. But, the yoga was not sustained because Mars placed in lagna, so the yoga affected the lagna also.

 

There is a bandhana yoga in the Rasi and in Navamsa. In Rasi, AK, Naisargika Atmakaraka and Lagna lord are all between the two malefics Saturn and Mars. He was under total pressure and stress from the people involved in his activities. In Navamsa the AK and the Karaka for the 1st house (since AK conjoined lagnamsa) Sun both are between Mars and Venus. Thus jail life at the end.

 

Venus the initiator of Ishtadevada is the yogakarak for Kumba navamsa and he must have been initiated into this strong religious job by some religious persons only.

 

9th house from Karakamsa, is afflicted. Mars and functional malefic retro Jupiter aspect it by graha drishti. Other malefics Sun, Rahu, Mercury and Ketu aspect it by rasi drishti. Because of this affliction, as per Jaimini, the person will be a liar and unfaithful to elders.
