Guest guest
JAI GURUDEV Pujya Guruji, ANSWERS FOR THE QUESTIONS ON LESSON#3 OF VARAHAMIHIRA 1. Allotment of Houses for the Planets in the Zodiac: Since all planets are revolving around the Sun and for Astrological purposes, We consider geocentric placement of planets and hence, in the Zodiac Luminaries have been placed adjacent to each other and all other planets placed in the zodiac as per their distance from the Sun, from both the direction. How ever, I myself is not satisfied with my answer and certainly know that I am far away from the truth and seek your help. 2. Ayana of Planets in the standard Horoscope.Planets placed in Uttara Ayana: Budha, Kuja, Ketu and Shani.Planets placed in the Dakshina Ayana: Chandra, Guru, Rahu, Shukra and Ravi. 3. Ayana of Moon in my Birth chart is Uttara. It just had entered the Dakshina Ayana previous to Two days. In One Ayana, Chandra would move approximately 2.25*6=13.5 Days. Hencxe from the date of my birth, Chandra would remain in 11 more days. Location of Chandra in my chart is in P.Phalguni Nakshatra in III pada (143-18). 4. I could not make an attempt to explain the meaning of the Mantra in the Bhachakra, since My knowledge is meagre. Please help me out. 5. I cold not work out on this question since I found the order of the Weeks days is little different from the order of the Dweepas mentioned here. I also believe that, the order of the Horas are same as order of the week days. The order of the Dweepa are given to similer to decreasing order of planatory motion speed. 6. Signs from Lagna to 6th house consider to be adrashya signs where as signs from 7th to 12 th are called as drashya signs. It means in my humble opinion, 6signs previous to Ascendants are are exposed to East, and remaining 6 more signs have yet to be risen. Namra shishya, Mohan Hegde.
