Dear Mr. PVR Narasimha Rao,

 

In Kannada We call grahas in similer name that being used in Devanagari.

Same is given below, if it can be of any use.

 

Ascendant : Lagna.(Lagna)

Sun : Ravi or Surya.(Ra)

Moon: Chandra(Cha)

Mars: Mangala or Kuja(Ku)

Mercury: Budha(Bu)

Jupiter: Guru(Gu)

Venus: Shukra(Shu)

Saturn:Shani(Sha)

Dragon Head:Rahu(Raa)

Dragon Tail:Ketu(Ke)
