Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Gurudeva Sanjayji and Jyotisha Gurus, Pranaams. In Slokas 10-12 of Ch. 53 of BPHS (Sagar Edition) Maharishi Parasara says the following: "The apex Dasa is called Paaka sign. The first Dasa sign is known as and if it belongs to Bhoga sign. The next Dasa sign i.e. Dasa Prada and if it belongs to an even sign, then as much distance the apex Dasa is ahead of it, at that much distance the Bhoga sign will be located. In this mannerIn this mannet Paaka and Bhoga signs are to be assumed for Chara, Sthira and Trikona Dasas. If Paaka and Bhoga signs are conjunct with malefic planets, it will produce oppressive bodily pain and mental distress." This is G.C. Sharmas's translation and the chapter is entitled "Computation of Antardasas unde Vimsottari system" I don't understand these slokas at all. Could You please explain the calculation and significance and rules for judging Paaka and Bhoga Rasis for different Dasas? Is there any reference in Your books to this?
