Change in Janma Nakshatra Property

Namaste Guruji and Jyotishas,

I have a question.

Does the property of Janma Nakshtara change with

planets getting conjunct moon. Like for eg.

If Strong Jupiter is conjunct Moon which is in a

Rakshasa or Tamasic Nakshatra can it be upgraded

to a divine or saatwic type and vice versa for

tamasic planets?.

 

And Guruji, Please give me a couple of more days to

attempt the Kala Sarpa exercise.
