I have read about Santan tithi in Prashn-Marg. I have no idea about how to use other tithis like dhan,matri etc. 2.I read about grah tithis in Jatakadesh-Marg. use of moon tithi is well known but how to use other tithis in prediction? 3.You have said in COVA that principle for death tithies can be extented to other houses.I feel confused.for example for tenth bhav how can I find tithi for joining a job and leaving a job. Please give some example. 4.There is no tithi alloted to ketu.If ketu is in 5th house, how to proceed? can we just ignore it or take aspects or use " kuj vat ketu " . Can you list out the various results given for the Santana Tithi in both the Paksha? I could not see any significance of grahas and forgot it. I was recently looking at some old files and found that it was not replied by me. I am therefore sending it for your evaluation.Sorry for so much delay. I could not see any relation here with karakatwas of planets ruling tithis according to Kal-chakr. In most cases it seems that deity of tithi should be worshiped to remove the problems. Only in case of Krishn 8 I find Rahu's Lord Nag is worshipped.Also the number 1000 in case of Krishn 9 can be connected with Sahastr Rashmi(Ravi). I am still unclear about my doubts I asked you in that mail. Please explain point (3). For example if I want to know tithi for joining job,changing job,increment in job,promotion in job etc. how can I decide? Can I take respective house from 10th in D10 and find tithi or there are other rules? From the present list,I understand that for success in matters of given bhav,find bhav tithi and worship its deity. Am I correct? For worship,the number may be decided by the planet governing the tithi in Kal-chakr.Right? For Santan Guru tithi,it says that affliction to it can deny progeny. So am I correct in concluding that grah tithi shows result while bhav tithi shows remedy. It is also given that in Rikta(4,9,14)tithi,birth will be denied due to Abhichar.So reading of Puranas should be prescribed. If there is Vishti Karan,snakes should be worshipped. As per my understanding following remedies can be done. If tithi is 3/4-Sarp Bali If tithi is 7/8-Sarp Dance with song If tithi is 10/11-Sarp Pratima Donation If tithi is 14/15-All 3. Krishn 1-Santan Gopal Mantr(Agni) 2-Panchgavy eating (Brahma) 3-Durga Pooja (Gauri) 4-Ganapati homa with ghee,guggul,honey(Ganesh) 5-Kuldevta Pooja (Nag) 6-Kartik swami Pooja (Kartik swami) 7-Shiv Vishnu Pooja (Ravi) 8-Nagdevta Pooja (Shiv) 9-Feed 1000 brahmins (Durga) 10-Gana homa (Yamraj) 11-Pind dan in holy places (Vishvedev) 12-In Shravan Nakshatr give donations to brahmins for Pitris. (Vishnu) 13-Jaya Bali (Kamdev) 14-Feed Brahmins on Mondays,Pind dan for Pitris in holy places. (Shiv) Amavasya -Til Homa,Shraddh on special days like Ashtaka etc. (Pitris) Ashtakas are krishn 7/8/9 in months of Margshirsh to Falgun.This view is from Amant Panchang (for Poornimant it will be late by one month).
