Isht correcn: L12 vs asps to 12 Ista Devata

Please note that what u said was corrected by Gurudev later on, in one of his e-mails (pl see archives). If 12 from AK in navamsa is empty, look at its LORD for Isht Devata (ID). The rashi-aspectors indicate the dities GUIDING you towards ID, & do NOT signify the ID Him/Herself
