Thanks for the clarification - but my query related to the second part of the sentence.

 

How doed one figure out whether the native, or his chart, is inclined towards the 'poison' of the snake, or for avoiding it?

 

How Paka Lagna & its lord come into the picture here??

Lord of Paka Lagna, will show the fortune of those actions.

 

In general the lord of a house shows the fortune of the house.
