Guest guest
Dear Lakshmi, Between the area between thumb and index finger there are 2 mounds, one is just under the index finger which is the mound of Jupiter and the other one close to the thumb is the mound of Mars. Check in your chart if Guru and Mars are strong. Thanks, Ash varahamihira, " b_lakshmi_ramesh " <b_lakshmi_ramesh> wrote: > Om Gurave Namah > > Namaste Guru Sanjayji & friends, > > Yesterday I had an interesting experience. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Dear Ash, Thanks for your reply. Yes, in my chart Jupiter (lagna lord) and Mars (AK) are important planets, and after reading your reply the whole thing does make a lot sense. But, one thing Ash, how can Jupiter & Mars be both strong? I think when Jupiter is strong, Mars is weak..like a see saw.. atleast in astrology, and perhaps even in psychology. Or can both of them be simultaneously strong? Last night someone told me that for women in palmistry left hand is seen. Is it true? Then, why did the gentleman want to look at my right hand? Questions...questions.. Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namah --------------------- Dear Lakshmi, Both grahas can be strong. But in case of Maha Purusha yogas only 1 will dominate, except in the case of Sri Rama, where his trandencental qualities enables him to have all the qualities of a maha purusha.. !!Jaya Sri Rama!! Regarding right and left hand this is a misnomer. I've come to the conclussion that left hand shows what you have brought with you(past life, families qualities, etc.), whilst the right hand shows what is going to be reaped in this life. As the womens raja yoga was usually determined by the husband, back in the old days one looked only at what the wife had brought with her to the marriage. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Visti. - b_lakshmi_ramesh varahamihira Thursday, June 27, 2002 7:00 AM [Hare Rama Krishna] Re: Astro-palmistry? Om Gurave Namah Dear Ash, Thanks for your reply.
