Yes Ramapriya, in regards to speeds then yes. But this isn't relevant in the context of Horas, where we only use the 7 Sthira Karaka.

Yes Frank, Sun is slower than Venus and Mercury.

Hence the order begining from the slowest is:

 

Shani, Guru, Mangal, Aditya, Shukra, Buddha and Chandra.
