Guest guest
Dear Dewavrat, Hare Rama Krsna! >Thank you for your explanation. In case of finding the adhana lagna from >the birth time how you will proceed? will you follow the same mehod in >reverse order? No, the method to find birth time from adhana lagna I have already explained before (steps 1-4). Follow the rules given in Jaimini Upadesa Sutra. Regarding finding the adhana Lagna from the birth chart, I have found correct calculation for the example I have given. Take the longitudinal distance from cusp of lagna to cusp of 10th house, convert them in days, or 270 days plus degree of Lagna minus the angular distance between Saturn and Gulik= 270 + 16.9 - 5.1 = 281.8 days. > In Jaimini Sutras there is a mention of Ravis trimsamsa. >For this there is given that the days after MC in which the ravi in gurus >trimsamsa gives the maximum chances of pregnancy. My difficulty is In >reckoning the ravis timsamsa which chart is to be taken, Birth chart or >The first or the fifth day of MC in question. This calculation starts from the first day of menstruation. The point is that not necessarily Sun has to be in the trimsamsa of Jupiter in order for conception to take place, but counting the number of days after MC, the 10th to 18th days or 12th to 20th days for odd or even signs (in lagna) will give maximum ability for conception. This is due to women's natural cycle. Now when the woman has her menstruation when Moon is in upachayas, then the natural period in which conception would take place does not fall into the auspicious period. That's why the monthly period becomes dysfunctional for conception. So in order for conception to take place the woman must not have her menses when Moon is in an upachaya from Lagna, and conception will take place when Moon during the fertile period is in an upachaya house from Lagna. See the example: mother's lagna is Gemini, so the conception took place with Moon in 6th house from lagna. She must have had her MC when Moon was in Taurus. Yours sincerely, Dhira Krsna dasa Thanks again for your lucid explanation. This is my favourite subject of interest and I will discuss my difficulties with you in details.
