Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's Moola dasa

I thougth it might be interesting for the reverred Jyotishis to look at the

Moola dasas of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. I checked them half a year ago when

writting the respective chapter on His life in the Bhakta-program textbook for

our RUssian ISKCON devotees. You can elaborate on the details yourself but to me

it looks quite amazing. I thought that as Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is considered

by the great acaryas an avatara of Krishna (gupta --hidden - Kety in Lagna) then

the moola dasa must be better applicable to him then any other dasa (like Sanjay

Prabhu taugth about Lord Ramacandra's chart). Look for yourself. I won't comment

much as it is obvous.

1515-1534 (29-48 years) Saurn and Mars exchanging signs (4th Scorpio and 6th

Capricorn) - He lives as a ksetra-sannyasi in Puri suffering the pain of

separation from the Lord.

1534 (48 year) Venus in the 9th - He disappears exemplifying service of Sri Sri

Radha and Krishna as the topmost dharma.

The dates are amazingly accurate.

Dear Yashomatinandana

That is a very good post. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's jataka needs such fine

work and yes I had not seen this earlier. Good thing you pointed this out.

It will be better if we time the antardasa also. I was told that there is a

very strong correlation between this and the shastyamsa. Any clues you may

find will help. Event dates if we can get the tithi references. Does

Caitanya caritamrita give this? Achyuta dasa has writeen numbers with words

and like Jaimini needs decoding. At least jaimini used a clear Vedic

numerology method. I am breaking my head on this. Anything I get I will pass

on.

Narasimha..another case study is starting.

Caitanya Mahaprabhu's horoscope w.r.t. to Drig dasa as well. Perhaps I can

aià gurursarasvatyai svähäDear Robert,some points that have been missed or ignored in the study of Sri Caitanya Jataka is the fact of His supreme knowledge. 1. The representation of the complete knowledge is the sadashiva Dakshinamurti Who is the Guru. One combination defining this is the conjunction of the Sun and Rahu (I have given a separate detailed post explaining this) and the sloka from Dakshinamurti stotra. So, in this incarnation we find the embodiment of total knowledge in the conjunction of lagna lord Sun with Rahu. Often this is mistaken as indicative of evil snakes but that is wrong. Prasna Marga has defined the various combinations of planets with Rahu and the combination of the Sun with Rahu indcates superior serpants like Vasuki with their supreme knowledge symbolising the Kundalini shakti. Thus Sri Caitanya has this yoga for Kundalini awakening. Point is - can we time it or was it right from birth.2. I hope you have read the shastyamsa explanation about Mars in the book Varga Chakra. Mars ninth lord is in kali yuga rasi in Amrita shastyamsa - hence His dharma is to give AMRITA during Kali Yuga (with the Yuga Santarana mantra!!) Look at Jyotish working so well. Bhagavan incarnates to save dharma..yada yada hi dharmasya...3. In my classes as Delhi (Sarat chander and others will remember) I had taught that "In every Vishnu avatar, the MOON must be in Lagna". It is simple - Moon is sustainer and shows the compassion of Bhagavan for all creatures. 4. There is Sarpa Yoga in the chart broken by the Moon. Moon is full and sarpa yoga is broken, yet it shows suffering and turmoils in life (from a mundane perspective only..all this was leela as it dod not touch Him Who was forever in ecstasy of the name of Krishna).5. Sri Caitanya is NOT a Yuga-avatar as Jupiter is not in Makara navamsa besides other combinations for this are absent. He is hence, considered as Amsa-avatar. However, His dharma has a very strong directing force for Kali yuga as the ninth lord Mars is in Makara rasi (Kali Yuga rasi). In Sri Krishna's chart, instead the ninth house itself is Makara and ninth lord aspects the Sun (also AK in both rasi and navamsa - necessary - Sun must associate with Makara and ninth lord). In Sri caitanya Jataka the 9th lord is also conjoined the Sun in navamsa (in dharmamsa i.e. navamsa sign of the ninth house Aries) where the sun is in exaltation. NOTE: Unless the ninth lord conjoins or aspects the SUN in navamsa, the person cannot be an embodiment of Dharma. Further, Saturn (lord of Makara) aspects Mars in both Rasi & navamsa. So you can see the strength of the Yuga dharma inthese lines.6.
