Respected Gurus, Please throw light on the importance of Bhav Chalit

Respected gurujans,

 

Kindly illuminate on the usage of Bhav Chalit and Nirayan Bhav Chalit. If

there is a marked difference betwwen the placement of planets in various houses

between the rashi Kundali and Bhav Chalit/Nirayan Bhav Chalit Kundali, which

Kundali does one need to look at?

 

I have read that if a planet is placed near/atbhav sandhi, it does not give

results of tha bhav it is placed at.
